Nice to meet you! My name is Cecilia and I am an animal lover. I have a background in dog training and I have some formal education in dog behavior through Karen Pryor Acacdemy (KPA) and the School of Canine Science (SOCS). I have owned and trained several dogs in the past and I currently own a two year old Belgian Malinois, Ziggy Stardust. As a dog owner myself I understand pets are family and deserve to be treated as such. I believe in using humane science based dog training methods that make training enjoyable for all members of the family especially your dog. I am energetic, friendly and enjoy going on enriching hikes that your dog will love! I cant wait to meet you!

Cecelia did a great job looking after our puppy.
We were traveling from the US and we were very lucky to find Cecilia! Our dog was well taken care of. He was excited to go back the 2nd day to play with her puppy!
Whiskey had a wonderful time with Cecilia and her two dogs. He was hesitant to leave and we spent about 5 minutes sniffing all around before he was ready to go . Will use her again when we are on our way to Niagara Falls for events. Thanks Cecilia!

I have a lot of experience living with difficult dogs as a result extreme diligence has become second nature. I have a large fenced yard and a dog of my own. Dogs are never together unsupervised or in the yard without supervision.

I have no breed preferences, I would like to know if your dog is reactive with people, other dogs, or animals so we can both have a safe stress free walk and avoid places where your dog may become overwhelmed by his triggers.I have some outdoor cats that are pretty relaxed around dogs who may or may not be in the yard at times, is your dog okay around cats?
A typical day
I frequently take my own dogs and family members' dogs hiking down 12 mile creek in st Catharines or to the beach for a swim on a hot day, I enjoy playing fetch, teaching your dog some fun tricks to engage their minds, or simply going on a relaxing walk around the block depending on your dogs specific needs.I have a huge back yard your dog will love to run and play in with a shelter out back to keep them out of the heat, there will always be fresh water provided and they will be supervised 100% of the time. I have a ton of toys such as balls or Frisbees that your dog may want to play with . I live close to the dog park, petsmart, walking and hiking trails and I do happen to frequent the beach in warmer weather in case your dog would like a swim.

I am a dog trainer by profession, I have several clients a week and when I am not training I am always looking for a fun activity to do with my own dog(s) so your pup will never get bored!
