After getting my first dogs from a shelter I quickly learned how much there was to learn about dogs! The experience I gained with my dogs introduced me to a new passion: dog training. My personal dogs are AKC Canine Good Citizens and compete in a variety of dog sports, and I freelance pet training for friends and fosters. I have experience training everything from housebreaking to advanced obedience, from tricks to behavior modification, from grooming to medicating, TTouch and physical therapy. I am adept at handling a multi-dog household and making sure everyone gets individual attention and care. My puppy rate is an additional $5/night for dogs under 6 months. Client dogs are required to have crate training experience. I do offer training while boarding for an additional fee. Any "last minute" booking finalized within 36 hours of the scheduled start of boarding may be subject to a flat fee of up to $10.
