~10/15/23 I’m currently taking a break from petsitting - to all my clients, thank you so much for your business and memories with your fur babies! ❤️ Cayla ~ ABOUT ME: Hi, I'm Cayla! I would love to be your next go-to pet godmother! I have been on Rover for nearly 5 years and love it!! My current living situation does not allow for additional pets, so unfortunately yours cannot stay with me at this time. But I am happy to offer drop-in visits! Strengths: ~Attention to detail is my greatest strength so if your pet needs any special care, I will follow all instructions to the letter. ~My business is licensed under Cayla’s Petsitting and I’m insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates ~I’m not a professional photographer..buuut most photos on my phone are of my pets (and at this point, Rover fur friends!). I know how hard it is to be away from your pets so I’d happily send you photos of them being their cute and/or wacky adorable selves while you’re away. And I’ve become half-decent at Portrait mode if I do say so myself. SERVICE AREA: Currently servicing the Nashville neighborhood of Germantown and surrounding (very) nearby areas :) ~Unless there’s an extenuating circumstance, I will not book without a meet and greet (which is free for you :)) - this helps ensure the pet and I are comfortable with one another and provides an opportunity for you to share their routine with me and show me where everything is.

We couldn’t have been happier with our booking with Cayla! She was always punctual, took great care of our girls and sent great pictures to help keep us at ease. She also learned how to use an inhaler for our cat with asthma, so she’s shown she’ll go above and beyond. Would 1000% recommend, and we’ll look to book her again in the future!
Cayla is an absolute gem of a human and sitter! She goes above and beyond every time and my kitties legitimately love spending time with her. She is the person I trust the most with my cats, period! Highly recommend.

Cayla took wonderful care of our 2 cats and kept me up to date on how our cats were doing, along with taking wonderful photos of our cats everyday.

For all visits, I always double check locks when I enter and leave your residence (I know how tricky doors can be especially in TN where the humidity affects not only one's hair, but door latches!).

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors. With the exception of extenuating circumstances, I require we do a complimentary meet and greet regardless of the pet or breed to always make sure it's a good fit!
A typical day
I will play with your kitty with their favorite toys or respect their space if they’re not up for playtime. I pride myself on being a “cat person” and being liked by even the most anti-social kitties :)

Availability
During the week, I am usually available for morning drop-in visits between 7-8am (unless I'm already booked for house-sitting) and in the evenings beginning around 5:30pm and depending where you're located. I am also typically available for a mid-day visit provided you are in my service area. I typically have open availability on the weekends and keep my calendar up to date.
