Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs, cats, fish, turtles, hermit crabs, and even lizards. I’ve been around animals for the entirety of my life so getting paid to be with them is a dream come true! I am a college student home for the summer and when I am home I often take care of family friends’ animals while they’re on vacation or working. I began simply checking up on the dogs and letting them out to use the bathroom, eventually started walking dogs at lunchtime, and gradually made my way as an overnight sitter in which I would stay at other people’s houses with their animals while they are away on vacation. There has always been a large place in my heart for animals and I will truly love yours as if they are my own!

Cayla was great with our dogs! She came twice before our week long trip to meet our two girls and that was good. Lucy is 13 yo and has trouble walking and she's finicky about eating, so no easy. Nellie is about 8yo and is a rescue and can be very nervous around new people, but Cayla's calm demeanor Nellie took to very easily. We will most definitely hire Cayla again!!
Cayla is so great! She has watched my dog and cat on multiple occasions. She is super sweet and has great energy. When my dog Nala first met her, they were instantly friends. She gives updates and pictures while I’m away, which means the world to me because I am a wreck when I leave my animals. I look forward to having more amazing experiences with Cayla and recommend her if you are looking for someone to care for your animals.

I live with my parents and they have dogs that do not get along with other dogs so I do not do boarding or day care. But I absolutely love walking, playing, cuddling up with dogs (and other pets) as much as I can.
Information Cayla H. would like to know about your pet
When I do a meet and greet I generally would like to know about feedings (when, where, and how much), where they like to sleep, if I need to give them any kinds of medications, temperament, if they have any kind of aggression with other dogs, if they have a potty schedule, how often if at all they need/like to go on walks or anything that’s particular about them.
A typical day
I love running around with dogs, throwing toys or balls with them and being outside whether on a walk around the neighborhood or messing around outside. I find it keeps them AND me physically and mentally stimulated.

I work a few days at a restaurant in el dorado hills but thankfully, most of my days are filled with doggy lovin including drop ins, walks, and staying in my clients homes with their fur babies while they’re away.
