I have 40 years experience in the animal field. All my furr-babies were adopted from the shelter. I'm familiar with animal behavior and temperament. I can stay at your home or make visits. If you'd like daily pictures, I would love to send them to know all is well. I will take care of your babies as if they are my own. You can rest assured, they will be taken care of properly and stay safe. I've had bad experiences with pet sitters, and would never want anyone to experience what I went through on vacation while out of the country. You want someone you can trust and know all is well. There's nothing like knowing your pets are safe and snug in their beds at night.

Catlyn took care of our two cats while we were out of town for a week. I’ve only ever had friends take care of them but no one could do it this time so we decided to try a sitter. Catlyn was so thorough and thoughtful. She took great care of our babies and sent a video everyday. She gave us peace of mind while we were away, which is exactly what we needed. She’s number one on my list next time we need help with our pets.
Catlyn and her husband were amazing with my puppy, Nero. They were very accommodating to him and didn’t mind that he was teething. He had fun playing with them and their dogs!
Catlyn and her husband are fantastic sitters! For Coco, who has tons of energy, they let her play with their Siberian Husky, Khanook, and she had such a great time!! She always sleeps so hard after her stay with Catlyn and family! It’s great to know your loved one is having a great vacation while you are on vacation! Also super convenient if you live in Hartwell, Elberton, or anywhere that is in the area! We usually drive through Athens on our way you Atlanta and Catlyn’s beautiful home is conveniently located in Colbert (right on the way)!
Catlyn was fantastic with Coco! It is clear that this family LOVES dogs, and she took great care of our baby! Would recommend her to anyone looking for a boarding or sitter! We will definitely be coming back!

So there are no surprises, I do require the animal be rabies current and the owner will provide proof of rabies vaccination verification and microchip number (if applicable). it is important to know if your pet has any behavior or temperament issues ahead of time, no matter how large or small. This will allow me to prepare and be equipped if a situation arises. I am not breed prejudice and love all animals. For safety, your pet will be secured inside my home within a large cage at night. I will be glad to show you the location, so you know your baby is close to me. Otherwise, it will probably be in my lap or taking over the house.
A typical day
Your furr-baby will enjoy plenty of one-on-one attention. I have a large front porch where we can watch squirrels, bunnies, and deer in the front yard, cuddle on the couch, or if your baby likes to go for walks, there are a number of safe areas for us to exercise and burn up some energy. In addition, I can care for your plants while you are away. If you have additional needs, we can discuss any concerns during our 1st meeting.
