Free dog and cat kisses!!

Pet care experience

My name is catie, and my passion is helping animals. I have worked in a rescue for about 2 years, but have been rescuing and re homing dozens of cats and dogs all my life. I lived on a farm for about 3 years, and also have experience feeding horses, cattle, and hogs. I know what to look for if your little ( or big :] ) one might be getting sick, is injured, or if their behavior is off. I understand their body language, if they are tense, or content. I can handle all sorts of duties. Walking, feeding, and cleaning will always be done to the best of my ability, and then some. I can administer all sorts of medications with no hassles, and with ease so your loved one is comfortable. These days it's hard to take our fur babies to get the exercise they need when work, and other stuff can get in the way. Exercise is important for any animal, and I will make sure your loved ones get the play time they need. I will be asking many questions to get to know your fur babies so they can get the individualized care they need. I will care for, and love your animals as if they were my own. You will not be disappointed! I will work with you, and listen to your questions and concerns. I can learn anything and love a challenge. I can deal with most any level of temperament, so don't stress if your fur baby is not the people type. I have experience raising many puppies, and have taken care of senior dogs as well. If you have any questions, please feel free to get ahold of me. My schedule at the moment is completely open. I would be sure to communicate any changes with you. You and your babies always come first! I hope too hear from you soon!

Catie was awesome! We were in a pinch and needed someone to let out our pups while we were away and she took so many pictures and kept us posted on our home. I felt very safe leaving the pups in her hands.

Catie was fantastic! She took such good care of my little kitty who can get so lonely when we are away. Catie consistently sent pictures and updates so I knew exactly what was going on with my cat. She also went above and beyond and moved our car when the building needed to do some work on the parking structure. She was very timely and personable. I will definitely have her back!

Information Catie W. would like to know about your pet

I would like to know as much as possible about your loved ones as I can. Some things I'll be asking will be how many pets you have, what kind, if they take any medications, have any allergies, stuff that triggers them such as the mailman, meeting new people, or other dogs and cats. Also will be asking if they have any aggression/guarding issues towards their food or toys, especially if there are multiple animals in the house. These are just some of the things I will be asking!

A typical day

A typical day with me would start by taking them out to potty, and go on a small walk from there around the block. Then we would go home and eat breakfast. I would then try some short mental activities unless they would rather nap after they eat. Mental activities include "sit", "shake", "lay down", etc. I also have a puzzle for dogs where they have to figure out how to get the treat out. (Any treats will be ran by the owner to make sure there are no food allergies, or if they have sensitive tummies.) Other activities would include short car rides (if permitted), longer walks/hikes, maybe a play doggie date with my own dogs if permitted. I will be asking what activities your loved ones enjoy most, or if there is anything they cannot do due to health issues, etc.
