I am from New York and have been living in Colorado since 2020. I have always been a dog person, as I grew up with a German Shepherd and a West Highland Terrier, both of whom I adored! Growing up I volunteered countless hours at my local humane society, and became a "green dot volunteer" which meant I could take smaller and less aggressive dogs for walks around the neighborhood. During college and grad school I dog sat every here and there, had a roommate who had two dogs, and worked in an office that was dog friendly. Afterwards, when I was working in NY for a couple of years I was very active on Rover and elsewhere, dog sitting, walking, and boarding regularly. I've continued this the past couple of years in Colorado. I am a very organized and responsible person, am very open and honest in communication, and am patient with animals.
