***I WAS IN A UTV ACCIDENT ON 7/2/22. I TORE MY PATELLA TENDON, AND BROKE MY PATELLA BONE. I HAD SURGERY 7/4/22 AND A SECOND SURGERY 4/26/23. I’M STILL DEALING WITH ISSUES FROM THE INJURY AND STILL HAVE SOME LIMITS THAT I HAVE TO ADHERE TO. I AM UNABLE TO WALK DOGS UNLESS THEY ARE VERY WELL BEHAVED ON LEASH AND THEY DONT MIND WALKING SLOW OR FOR ONLY SHORT PERIODS AT A TIME. DOCTOR SAID SLOW SHORT WALKS ARE ACTUALLY GOOD FOR ME AT THIS STAGE! 😃 AND I’M ABLE TO DO OVERNIGHT VISITS AND DROP INS.*** Hello! Here's a bit about my experience with animals: I was the manager of a dog room at a humane society for 2.5 years. I have worked in various animal shelters for the past 15 years, I have been pet sitting for neighbor's pets since I was a kid. I was the Director for Adams County Humane Society for the three years when I left for a less stressful lifestyle. Being the Director put me in charge of the health, safety and well-being of up to 50 animals at any given time. Helping homeless animals is my passion! I am able to handle administration of a variety of medications and special diets, walk large dogs, snuggle, train and treat your pup like my own. I am also able to watch your pets in your own home if that makes them more comfortable. Animals are my passion. I love seeing their happy faces! I can't wait to make your dog smile!
