I am Cat, the dog sitter! I moved from Long Beach, CA and I'm excited to meet the Bakersfield pups! I have a deep history with animals growing up. From dogs to snakes, you name it! I was raised to love and care for pets with all I can give and more. Through out the years, I have helped strays, assisted the injured and ill, volunteered at local shelters, and carefully studied the body language and behavior of animals. I joined Rover for extra income, experience, and simply getting to meet and care for awesome pets like yours! I have a part time job, but as long as I have some notice I’ll be able to move around my schedule so your fur baby gets the attention they deserve! Cat was wonderful! She house sat and took care of our 4 small dogs for over a week while we were out of the country. She took care of walking them and made sure they were kept in their high maintenance, pampered lifestyle. She shared pictures almost daily and her communication was excellent. When we came home, the house was immaculate and the dogs didn't give us that "we are mad you left us" attitude, so they must have loved her as well. We have already booked her again, and look forward to working with her in the future.
We've used Cat for a few years now and she's been fantastic since day one! Animals love her and house is always spotless when we get home. Shes great at communication, and giving updates throughout her stay. Also, if we have any questions/concerns she quickly responds.

Cat is a lovely person, and I felt very safe leaving my fur child with her. She really cared about getting to know my dog and making sure our dogs got along. She sent lots of videos and photos of my pup, who was having a good time. My pup can be anxious, but she seemed quite at home with Cat. Thank you, Cat, for such a great experience!

A typical day
I will spend all the time it takes to make sure your pup is fed, hydrated, and happy! I can promise your dog a healthy, fun experience with me. I would be more than happy to do additional tasks. As I am sitting your pet, I am also house sitting. From watering plants to keeping your house spotless, extra home care is no problem for me. Whatever you say, boss!
