🐾 Hi friends! My name is Catherine, I go by Cat for short, although I’m 100% a dog person through and through. After recently loosing my pup, my best friend, over the summer of 2022 who I was so lucky to have for 16 years, I missed the companionship of a dog very much. Because I’m not quite ready to open my heart up to a new pup permanently, helping you care for yours is my ideal solution to giving back to the animals who mean the most to our families!

Catherine and her family are awesome! We left our dog Lyra to board with them fo a week. Not only did they give her a lot of love (lots of cuddles and Christmas treats), Catherine sent us regular photos and updates of her, which helped us miss her a bit less. Catherine also went above and beyond in helping with an unexpected hotspot Lyra developed by finding a temporary cone for her and distracting her from scratching it. 100% recommend!
Thank you for taking care of Daphne. I love all the pictures you sent me. Catherine enjoyed take care of Daphne. I highly recommend her for your pet sitter.

I know how important our dogs are to our hearts. When your dog stays with me and my family while you are away, they will be treated as if they are apart of the family. Your dog will not be confined to any small space of the house but instead will be in the same rooms and spaces as myself and my children. Your pal will be walked, played with, well fed, treated, loved, and most importantly safe in my home. Your pup will be in super good hands with me, I promise.

First and foremost if you are interested in having your dog stay in my home while you are away, I need to know if your dog is friendly with young children. Please also let me know about any possible aggression (food or other), behavior type, age, health issues, diet, schedule, activity level etc etc. I also need to be made away if your pet had any house training issues or uses puppy pads. Because I have young toddlers I am unable to take in dogs who are not house broken yet or use puppy pads. It’s important to me that I can provide the necessary care for your dog to ease your heart and mind ❤️
A typical day
If the dog likes dog parks we can go there. I have a partially fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood so time spent in the backyard is also a given. For the dogs who do love to be outside for extensive amounts of time I do have a super long leash run they can utilize to their hearts content.

I don’t have a dog right now, only a little bunny, so my personal pet routine is pretty minimal right now. However I had my dog who passed last august for 16 years, we stuck to s pretty simple but consistent routine of feedings, walks and playtime!
