Pet care experience
Our entire family loves dogs and caring for them. Since becoming part of Guide Dogs for the Blind we have learned amazing training techniques and just love caring for dogs in general. We also have our own pet dog Bentley. Our pet dog is a 3 year old beagle and is neutered. We GD pup in training is a 12 months old and is a female black lab. We will have her for about 3 more months then we see her off to formal training in San Rafael Guide Dogs for the Blind. This has been a very rewarding experience. We have been able to use many of the training methods with our beagle and since he has become a very good pet dog. Thank you for reading!

Catherine and her family are fantastic hosts. I was so lucky to try Catherine on a last-minute visit home to Livermore back in May - it was over a holiday weekend, and I was unable to use my local boarder. It was my first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous. She was so great to work with, and upon arrival, my terrier became instant buddies with her dog Bentley. My pup just loved staying with them! Things went so well that when business brought me back to the area this August, I decided to bring my dog with me again - he stayed with Catherine while I was in my meetings & we did some traveling after. I heartily recommend Catherine as a sitter/host - she and her family took great care of my little guy! I definitely plan to contact her again when I return to the area!
Wonderful experience! So happy I came across Catherine.. We were in a desperate situation and needed a almost last minute weekend sitter for our 3 month old Labrador puppy. We found the perfect fit ! Very accommodating. Made time to meet up with us prior and answered any of our questions and concerns. Loving household . Both her and her daughters are very knowledgeable with training and behaviors especially labradors. She was so sweet to send a few quick text updates and pictures of our pup while we were away. Will definitely be using her again!
