Pet care experience
Hi! I've had dogs since I was a kid! Animal lover forever. I just moved to CT and my husband and I just built a house in Ledyard. We have two rescue dogs of our own. I currently work from home, so we do a ton of doggy activities through-out the day. Walking, going on a run, throwing the ball around, the park, beach days- we do it all! I would love to spend the day with your dog too. We have a house that is pet friendly, loads of toys and access to any room in the place. We even have a big outdoor area where the dogs can play. All my neighbors are pet-friendly as well. If your dog needs someone to just chill with them at your own house, I don't mind at all. I honestly have had so much fun with my own dogs and heard such great things about rover, that I'm ready to start helping out other pet owners!

Catherine was a caring, well informed and all around wonderful dog sitter. If there was a concern, she let me know. Truly she is someone we trust with our pup, and we are sad that we have to move away before using her services again. She goes above and beyond.
Katie is wonderfully patient. My rescue dog is very apprehensive going for a walk with a new person, and Katie was patient and loving.
Catherine is wonderful. She is patient, kind and very attentive to our sometimes picky pup. She has been taking excellent care of our dog for a long time and I would never hesitate to call on her.

I have a yard and a neighborhood that is dog walking friendly. We’re building a fence in the spring, but great half acre around the house and a neighborhood for leash walking. Two friendly dogs and a cat(who is basically a dog haha) that will keep your fur baby company. Long walks, play and treats & love motto all day!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or medication that needs to be addressed. I also prefer to ask how they are on a leash, any puppy training, how they are with other people + animals. Especially if they need to come to my house and be with my family /pets.
A typical day
I love to stimulate your pet physically and mentally. We’ll spend the day playing with their favorite toy, walking the neighborhood for new smells and exploring near by dog parks.

I currently mostly work from home. I’m a photographer, so I spend my day editing and if I have a photo client, usually my husband is home before I have to leave.
