I have taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 8. Not only have I grown up with numerous dogs, but I have both day-sitted and house-sitted for many dog owners in my hometown as well as friends and family in the Burlington area. I am responsible, trustworthy, and respectful when it comes to clients and their furry babies.

Catherine, a college senior, is my daughter. In high school she rescued a Shetland Sheepdog as her own companion. Also, during high school, she babysat for a family with two children and a dog. When the children went with them on vacations, they had Catherine then babysit their dog. She is currently periodically taking care of several dogs for her professors while they are away with their families. They asked Catherine to do this for them because of their knowledge of her dependability, maturity and love of animals.
Catherine has shown extreme love and dedication to all her pets, and there is no one I personally would trust more to watch my own pets than her. Catherine is timely and responsible in all aspects of her life, and goes above and beyond that standard when another person or animal is involved!
Catherine is a very loving person to animals from what I have seen. For example, my roommate has a 4 yo Belgian Malanois that is very anxious and skittish around strangers, but when she came to visit, he instantly fell in love with her. I think she would be a great addition to rover.

A typical day
I will do whatever activities you recommend! If your dog is higher energy, we will explore Burlington, parks, and awesome nature trails I have been on as part of my UVM forestry education. If your dog is lower energy, we will try shorter walks or smaller parks with less stimulation.

I am a full time student, but I do not have classes on Fridays. So I am available to fit you in during the mornings, evenings, all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
