Pet care experience
Hi ! My name is Cat, and I currently reside in Waterford, MI. I am an animal lover who grew up with cats and dogs my whole life, so I definitely know what I’m doing when it comes to taking proper care of pets. I currently do not own any pets, so I truly enjoy being able to be help people with their furry children! Every time I hang out with friends you can always find me sitting with their dog or cat on the couch 🐶🐱 I enjoy pet-sitting as a way to be more active outdoors, earn extra income, and be around some cute dogs and cats ! My experience thius far includes watching my next door neighbor’s three Shih Tzu dogs (approx. 7 years) along with their 4 ducks (approx. 4 years), my sister’s Golden Retriever and 3 Domestic Shorthairs (approx. 5 years) and my parent’s chihuahua (10 years). As well as many other friend’s and acquaintance’s pets on and off Rover.
Reviews
My puppy is very rowdy and Catherine still made sure he got his walks and that he was happy. I definitely recommend her.
Cat did a great job taking care of my Little Bear. While my little dog was still recovering from surgery, I suddenly had a funeral to attend. Although Little Bear was mostly recovered, I was uncomfortable leaving her alone. So, I went to Rover and found Cat. Cat was good to my little peanut, and I will definitely book her again in the future.
Catherine did such a wonderful job with our dog, Saylor while we were away. She took her on all kinds of fun adventures to make sure Saylor got plenty of exercise. She was constantly sending updates, pictures and videos. This was our first time leaving our pup with someone other than family and Catherine made me feel so comfortable. We will definitely be contacting her again next time we are away. Thanks Catherine!
I can not say enough about Catherine. We have 3 dogs that just Love to be around her. And they don’t like most people but with her they are so at home. She walked them, played with them and sent us so many pictures. We have used her many times. Recently I called on her just to ask if she could help with our 4 ducks. Yes Ducks! And Catherine was totally interested. She took such good care of them. We haven’t been able to find anyone who could do what she does. She goes above and beyond. She has a way about her that all animals just love/flock to her. We always hope she is available when we need to go out of town. As a Dog/Duck Mom she DEFINITELY has our stamp of approval and certificate of trust!! 3 Dogs and 4 ducks just love her!!!

I can guarantee a walk for at least 1-2 hours a day when house sitting, during drop-in visits, or just dog walking. I know when a dog starts getting fatigued/tired and will not exercise beyond that point.

I love high energy dogs! I enjoy being outside and going for walks as often as I can. I am new to the Waterford are so I am still learning the best places to go.
