I grew up around dogs and used to own a feisty poodle, a sweet golden retriever, and a laid-back Maltese (whom I miss very much!). Not afraid of dogs at all, and my poodle had puppies so I am also familiar with taking care of young dogs. Have walked small lap dogs to strong German Sheperds. I am primarily joining Rover because I miss my dogs and would love to spoil yours while you're away! I have experience walking dogs that are just learning to walk, are anxious, seniors, high energy, etc. I also have experience with dogs that have allergies/sensitivities and the special foods, walking, and overall care that they may need every day. *Please note that I work in DC from 8:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri.
