Pet care experience
I have over eleven years of personal experience with training, handling and caring for dogs. While I do not have dogs of my own right now, I am happy to provide a safe, fun environment for any pup. I put safety and care above all else and am up to date on potential toxins a dog can ingest. I am familiar with canine behavior and am very flexible to any specific needs or care. I have pet-sitting experience and have served many clients - some over the span of years. Taking the dog's personality into consideration is very important to me; what works and is fun for some dogs may not be for others, so I work very hard to get to know your canine before jumping into activities.

Catherine was great! She watched our two dogs who both have high/special needs over Labor Day Weekend. We got pictures of them as updates to know that they were doing ok. We’ve left dogs in kennels before and they always come home very anxious. This was our first experience using a Rover sitter and are very pleased with how happy and calm they both were when we picked them up. It was obvious that they were well taken care of and had plenty of attention.
She & her husband were so wonderful. For sure, more than wonderful. I am not able to express how they were super kind to my dog. They took my dog their weekends trip to a lake. It was first sailing experience on my dog. She really enjoyed it. I want to say Thank you so much, Catherine!!!
Catherine was amazing, she took great care of Miel when we were out of luck to find a sitter last minute. She even picked her up and brought her back home. Miel seems very happy with her as well.
Catherine was great with Miel! She had a nice area set up for my dog and was in touch with us almost everyday sending pictures and messages. Would definitely recommend!

Knowing how a dog behaves in public is compulsory. While I don't mind sitting or handling complex dogs, I do need to know if other dogs or people may become a potential incident. There are plenty of way to enjoy the same walks and play time outside as long as I know what to expect and how to plan.
A typical day
I am a big fan of taking walks in wooded areas (leashed, of course!) and can throw a ball as long as the dog wants to run. We all like treats and they're so much more fun when we learn new (approved by owner) tricks to exercise the mind as well as the body.
