Pet care experience
My name is Catey and I am interested in dog walking. I work full-time in Yorkton and I am seeking a fullfilling before- and after-work activity. I have been passionate about animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I had numerous pets - dogs and cats, as well as a variety of farm animals; most recently, a shihtzu-terrier, to whom I had to say good-bye after 15 1/2 years of companionship. In 2021, I completed a K-9 Companion First Aid course. I currently provide dog-sitting services for a coworker. Though I am not ready for another pet of my own, I miss caring for pets and would love the opportunity to take your dog for a walk.

Catey was right on time and super friendly. Peanut came back from their walk excited and played out, which was great. Catey also sent photos of Peanut while they were walking. Would definitely recommend Catey and will be using her again.

I can go at your pet's speed, whether it's a brisk walk, jog or leisurely stroll. Your pet's safety comes first; therefore, they will be leashed at all times, unless in a fenced-in area.

Prior to the initial booking, I will ask you for your dog's vaccination/emergency contact information, any medical issues, commands they know, behaviour, whether he/she is friendly with other dogs, so that your dog's experience on our walk is most enjoyable and safe.
A typical day
Your dog can enjoy the familiarity of walking around his/her neighbourhood. I tend to gravitate toward nearby parks and/or low-traffic areas. My favorite place to walk is Logan Green. I also enjoy Wiggly Park.

I am available for advance- or short-notice appointments. My hours of availability are: Monday to Friday - prior to 7:30am and after 5pm (possibly lunch hour, if required); and holidays - anytime.
