Pet care experience
I started volunteering in animal shelters when I was a child, where I learned how to interact and take care of cats and dogs. As I grew older, I realized I wanted to continue working in the animal field. I did some occasional pet sitting, worked for over a year at a locally owned pet store, and kept up volunteer work along the way. Now as an adult I have spent a year helping manage a local animal shelter and have two years of experience working in an animal hospital. I am currently working at a local one part-time.

I have three of my own pets, two cats and a dog. All are fed grain-free and I have a walking schedule for my pup. We go on walks at least twice every day(he's an Italian greyhound mix so we need a few of those) to make sure he gets his energy out; an exercised dog is a happy dog.

Let me know what your dogs like and how long the walks they take normally are. I can accommodate most. Medications I have no trouble with administering. Let me know if your dog has any reactivity towards other dogs so I can take them to a more private location. I need to know vaccination history and an updated rabies vaccine is required.
A typical day
I love going on long walks and hikes regardless of weather so I know several different dog-friendly trails and beaches where they can run on a long lead. I tend to shy away from dog parks, working in a veterinary setting will do that to you.

I'm available Wednesday to Saturday from 9:30am to 5:30pm, I am active person who goes on hikes and would love to bring your dog with me.
