Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Cat. I just moved here from Arizona. During my undergrad at NAU, I dog-sat often as a side job. I (and the dogs!) loved it. A little about me: I have a degree in biology, work part-time in a UF spider lab and part time telecommuting for my alma mater, and I have a fluffy pembroke Welsh Corgi at home! Her name is Kiwi and she is the cutest little pain in the butt ever! I typically work in the spider lab 5 hours a week, MoWeFri, so I am able to be home most of the time if. Our house does not have a yard, but we are literally next door to Cofrin Nature Park, which is a lovely place to bring a pooch for walkies, playtime, etc. We also have ample grass patches in the neighborhood - Kiwi uses them for potty time every day with no complaints. :)

Cat watched my beloved dog Bear, staying at my house, on several occasions. Cat did such a good job that it was not clear that Bear noticed I was away, which is always a good sign. Bear was calm and happy upon my return, having been regularly walked and well cared for, meaning Cat played with her and spent time with her. I know this because when she is not happy or left alone too much, she is very anxious and hovers upon my return. Knowing that Bear is well cared for is critical, and I found Cat to be very responsible and very kind to Bear, so I can highly recommend her as a dog walker and pet sitter.
Cat seems to have a good connection with animals and hasn't had one not like her. My dog loves Cat more then she loves me and is infinitely excited when she walks through the door. Cat is very responsible and trustworthy and makes an excellent house/pet sitter.

I love nature walks and hikes! There's a lovely nature park next door that I would love to show your dog. My pup Kiwi will likely LOVE to play with your pooch! (She can also be crated if things get too rowdy.) Other activities include lots of snuggling, selfies, and silliness.
