We were incredibly fortunate to find Cassiean to watch our two dogs after our decision to take a spontaneous trip. Throughout our time in getting to know her she maintained great communication, was punctual for our meeting and inquisitive during; asking additional questions that we hadn't even thought of. We felt more than comfortable leaving our pups in her care and were rewarded in doing so as she continued to maintain great communication and provide updates while we were gone. Suffice to say we were more than pleased to have found Cassiean and grateful for the help and care she provided for our two fur babies.

Dropped my dog off here and realized the sitter was watching three other dogs at the same time. House was chaotic, one of the smaller dogs seemed terrified and territorial, and a party was about to happen. Overall, chaos. My partner and I decided that evening this was no place for our dog to stay and picked them up promptly the next morning. Glad we did because our dog ended up having a nasty bout of diarrhea immediately after leaving the sitter’s home. He clearly got into something he shouldn’t have, the poor thing. So far Rover has refused to cooperate about giving us a full refund despite our experience. Overall, a bad experience from both the sitter and Rover. We are very disappointed and recommend thinking twice before booking here. We would never leave Cosmo here again.
