Cassie never showed up for the job. She couldn’t meet earlier in the week due to her work schedule. On the day of the job, she said she would be an hour late for the meet and greet. Then she said she was lost. Then finally she stopped communicating altogether!!! Thank god I didn’t just tell her I’d call her with details (as she had suggested when she was “lost” or our puppy would have been home alone with no one!!!! The person at Rover was willing to help us find a replacement, but luckily we had a friend come and do the job.

Cassie was great with our dog Lucy. She sent us pictures and updated us on what she was doing. She was also very flexible which was great because our schedule changed from the original one.
