Pet care experience
Hey there! My name is Cassie and I am SO EXCITED to hopefully meet you and your pups! I have been a dog owner for 21 years, have been actively pet-sitting for 8, and have had 2 internships at veterinary hospitals through school so your babies are safe and in fun, caring hands! I officially work from home now so your furry friends will ALWAYS have company. I live in an apartment but there is PLENTY of open space, a very large grass field where my dog and I play fetch and hang out, endless walking trails, a dog park, and my dog, Tipsy, to ensure a fun stay! AND, with owner approval, I love to take dogs that I pet-sit to the beach and other fun places where they can get all the adventure and play time they can get! If not, we can spend countless hours hanging out at home, playing, relaxing, cuddling, and going for some leisurely strolls.

Cassie is a wonderful pet sitter. We have two bichons; one with special needs. Cassie went above and beyond what I could have expected with her love and care of my kids. I am very thankful to have found her here on Rover. She may be new to Rover but she is not new to pet care. She is experienced and responsible and did an excellent job of keeping me informed on how they were doing and sent me plenty of photos. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter.

Information Cassie T. would like to know about your pet
Since I do have a dog, (and 2 rats, but they are in a cage) it is very important that there is no history of aggressive behavior (outside of defense, etc.) since I do not want to bring an animal into my dog's home that will be of any threat or discomfort to her. My dog has no issue giving dogs space since she likes it as well, so there is no need for your dog to be extremely social and playful with others. No breed preferences although I think my apartment is unfortunately one that doesn't allow pit bulls, Rottweilers, etc.
A typical day
The HOA community of Independence that my apartment is in has tons of walking paths that go throughout the large property. We have a dog park to run free in with Tipsy in the mornings and most afternoons depending on the heat, a kiddie pool for the pups, and a jeep that can take any sized dog for fun outings!
