Pet care experience
Dog sitting was my first job as a young girl and I have always loved it. I started watching my neighbor's German Shepard/Lab Mix at the age of 12 (day visits, walks, overnights) and continued to care for my friends' fur babies throughout the years, as well as care for some of my own. Now, I live with my sweet girl Bella and occasionally watch my Mom's pup, Bear. I am constantly researching dog behavior and ways to make a pup's life more joyous and comfortable. I have also volunteered at shelters; walking, feeding, or just simply spending some time with the soon-to-be family dogs. I realize that every dog is unique and should always be treated according to their temperament. I have no problem in providing control of their behavior, as well as showering them with lots of love, attention, and providing whatever they need to make them happy! :)

So great!! Cassie was able to help me out in a pinch, coming to my rescue just 3 hours before I had to leave for a flight. Received lovely pics throughout my trip and felt 100% comfortable leaving my baby with her on such last minute notice. My new go-to sitter!! Thanks Cassie!
I feel that Cassie would make a great dog sitter, because she is a very loving person and truly cares for animals. She is very sweet to them and gives them good attention. It's always amazing to see how dogs seem to gravitate towards her. I think they can sense she is a dog lover. She is also very smart about discipling them in the right manner and rewarding them when appropriate.

Other than specific instructions for the dropin/walk, please let me know if any of the following applies to your pup: -Are there any medial conditions? -Does your dog act up or get severe anxiety in certain situations? -Are there any restricted items that he/she may regularly get a hold of? -When on a walk, I normally think it's best to keep my client's dog away from others. However, do I need to be extra cautious when other dogs are near? -Anything else you think I should know/be aware of?
A typical day
Taking them for walks around the neighborhood, nearest park, or hiking trail (depending on the breed), seem to be the most enjoyable. I always try the trusted activities of fetch, tug-of-war, or brisk walk/running to keep them active. However, if your dog is the type who loves to cuddle, I have no problem doing that too. :)
