Pet care experience
I have grown up around dogs. Since I was 4 years old, my family hasn't been without a dog. Big or small, I love them all. I am the person who when they see a dog, they get down on the floor and plays with the dog no matter the setting. I currently have a 10 yr old rescue named Skye who is the best dog in the world and loves to play with other dogs! Most dogs tend to love me and the feeling is usually mutual! I have a 14 yr old daughter who is just as big of a dog lover as I am. I am excited to get to meet and know your fur child/children and have a blast caring for them!

Cassie’s the best!
If I could give Cassie ten stars I would! She looked after our two dogs during the day while we were on vacation, dropping in to play with them, feed them, cuddle, etc. She was completely reliable, communicated often, and even coordinated with our house-sitter who looked after them at night! I swear, our dogs were kind of glum when we got home and I think it's because they'll miss seeing Cassie every day.

I treat every pet as if they were my own. I love on them, play with them, give them as many treats as they are allowed, and just make sure they know how incredibly special they are. Pets are only around for a small part of our lives but they make the biggest impact. I’ve had the pleasure of watching puppies grow into big pups and the heartbreak of getting the dreaded text that one of my pet sitting babies has crossed the rainbow bridge. Whatever I can do to make your pet feel loved, I will do, all while keeping them safe.

A typical day
There is a dog park in my apartment complex that my dog loves to run around and play at. We love to go explore all that Austin has to offer and love to go hiking at nearby trails and splash in the water. My dog loves to play with other dogs so there will be lots of doggy fun to be had.

Availability
I work from home full-time so my schedule is pretty flexible outside of occasional meeting and taking my daughter to and from school. I’m always willing to work with pet owners to figure out a schedule that works for us both.
