I have been around dogs since I was born, and have been primary caretaker for 10 years. I live in a home that I own, so I don't have to worry about landlord issues or sneaking pets on to the property like others do! My yard has separate kennels, all of which have gates to the large portion of the yard for free roaming when I am out there. I have given oral medication to dogs over the years, from Benadryl to Carprofen and others. I watched a senior dog that had very strict eating and medication scheduling/requirements and I just followed the instructions the owner gave me; everything was great! I also have given injections in to the back of the neck to dogs before. I truly care about the well-being of all animals, and love meeting new dogs when I can.
