I’m a young professional working from home looking to check-in on cats and dogs in my free time! I currently have 2 cats, and I’ve also had pets all my life. I have been on Rover since 2021 and have loved it!

Cassidy did a fantastic job taking care of our cat Sophie. Visits were right on schedule, and she went above and beyond to ensure that Sophie received plenty of playtime and companionship during her visits. Cassidy also sent detailed summaries of each visit along with multiple photos. We would absolutely recommend Cassidy, and we have already rebooked her multiple times.
Cassidy did such an excellent job watching our cat Sophie for the week. She was punctual and provided multiple photos of each visit. Cassidy was even able to administer oral medicine for Sophie, which is saying a lot because our cat typically doesn’t let strangers get that close. Cassidy is our new go-to sitter and we will definitely be using her services again.
Cassidy was so friendly, easy to communicate with, and took great care of my kitties. I will 100% be booking again!
Cassidy has watched my cat Lily (who is quite shy around strangers) at times over the last 2 years and has always been incredibly helpful with anything needed while I was away and even gotten Lily to break out of her shell a bit. Highly recommend and will be using again the future when needed!

How do you care for pets in your client's home? When scheduling check-ins or walks, I typically request a meet & greet ahead of time to meet you and your pet, and become acquainted with your home and find out if there’s specific instructions I need to know about. When it comes time for a scheduled check-in, I will enter and approach the pet slowly to make sure they have time to check me out, smell me, etc. I respect all boundaries set by clients regarding use of space in their home, and will follow the pets’ lead!

Availability
How does pet care fit into your daily or weekly routine? I work a 9-5 job that is completely remote. This allows me to have some time throughout the day for a walk or drop-in visit. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are typically free.
