My mom and stepdad started rescuing dogs when I was about 16 after we had to put our lab down so I've been around dogs (and a lot of them!) my whole life. They now have 9 dogs of all shapes and sizes that have made a permanent home with them...and caring for 9 dogs is no easy feat! I've cared for and lived with small dogs, big dogs, scared dogs, anxious dogs, happy and hyper dogs and just about every other kind in between. My roommates have had dogs that I've lived with and taken care of as well. I love animals and have a very calm demeanor that they tend to be attracted to. I'm patient and loving with them especially if they're skittish at first or scared of new people. I'm happy to help with whatever you may need!
