Pet care experience
Hi there! I've taken care of animals for my family, friends, and neighbors for at least 14 years. I was also an employee at an animal boarding facility, where I cleaned kennels and dishes to prepare them for dogs, cats, exotics; fed cats and cleaned their litter boxes; fed, brushed, and bathed dogs; and supervised a play group of dogs or took them for walks. I have recently raised a puppy and cared for a senior dog until she passed, so I also have experience in those areas. I've been doing Rover since the summer of 2022 and have received nothing but positive reviews. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and care for any animal as if they're my own because doing so is my passion.

Cassidy creates a wonderful pet boarding home. Lots of exercise provided in the dog park and her back yard and very communicative. Many dog friends to play with. Highly recommended!
Cassidy is truly a caregiver who cares. She has taken excellent care of my elderly cat twice now. He doesn’t go to many outside of the family, but he goes to Cassidy and even allows her to pet him. Cassidy follows all instructions to the letter and goes above and beyond—unasked, she cleaned bowls and spoons and placed them out ready for use for my return. Cassidy gives Rover a good reputation!!

Cassidy is so great! This is our second time having her sit our dogs. She makes us feel very comfortable when we are gone. We don't worry at all. We know our dogs are in great care. She sends many pics and keeps in touch the entire time we are gone. The communication from her is excellent. I really can't say enough how great she is. I wouldn't have anybody else watch our dogs. They love her so much. I'm not sure if our dogs miss us at all when she's there. If you choose to have Cassidy watch your pets, you will not be disappointed.

I have a fully-furnished basement where I hang out most of the time, and where the other animals in my home don't have access. Because I live in the country, I live far away from any roads, so while I don't have a fence, my animals have a large, safe space to roam!

A typical day
My backyard has walking trails and a forest, so your dog will have plenty of space and new smells to explore. I also have many toys, other dog friends, and extra space on my couch to cuddle!

Availability
I will be job shadowing over the summer and teaching Irish dance a couple of times each week. Pet care should fit perfectly into my weekly routine, as I would have it as my second job!
