Our dog ended up locking himself in the bathroom. Cassidy was able to find the lock key on the door frame & free him. She saved him from a missable day stuck in the bathroom. He was currently wearing a cone head to prevent him from licking a sore and thus runs into everything. Somehow he managed to shut the door & it was in the lock position! Cassidy did quick problem solving and rescue him.
Cassidy was really great! She sent lots of pictures and updates and really loved on our chocolate lab. Loved that he got one-on-one care from her. Whole process was easy as well for drop off, pick up, and payment.
