Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Cassidy. I live in Fall River, Mass. Currently, I am offering dog walking, pet sitting, and overnight pet sitting for owners on vacation or away for work. I am experienced as a pet groomer, and at this time, other services that I provide: baths, brush outs, nail trims, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing. Full bathing services come with a bandana and pet safe scented deodorizing spray. I also offer individual grooming service, i.e., just nail trims or just brush outs. I love animals. Over the years, I have owned and cared for cats, dogs, bearded dragons, frogs, fish, and more. Currently I own 2 cats, and a bearded dragon that I rescued. I have worked as a groomer, kennel assistant, veterinarian assistant, veterinarian technician, pet sitter, dog walker, and other animal related positions. Over the course of my employment, I have learned new skills and absorbed new experiences. I've gained multiple problem-solving abilities, like how to remain calm under pressure or during an emergency, how to navigate new situations, and most importantly, what my limits are. My love for animals has always influenced my job choices. You know what they say, "Choose a job you love, and you'll never have to work a day in your life". I ask lots of questions and take detailed notes when speaking or meeting with clients on the care of their pet/s. Such as, dietary requirements or restrictions, feeding instructions, if they only go out in their own fenced in backyard or they can go for leashed walks, any ailments they may have and medications they may be on, as well as specifics of how the owner chooses to administer the medications, any anxieties they have around other animals, objects, situations, or people, and also their daily routine/schedule. I also ask about emergency phone numbers, what to do in certain emergency situations, and then I leave it open to the owner to add anything they think I also may need to know. I bring with me client and pet paperwork, made by myself, to keep all of the information in one place and bring it with me during every visit, and I have my cell phone which will be on my persons in case of emergency or if you need to contact me. In the event of an emergency or a situation that hasn't been discussed, I will contact the owner!

First off, their name, breed, age, and whether they have been spayed or neutered. Their temperament, also their temperament around other animals and people. Their anxieties and fears. Any medical problems or medications they may be taking. Food allergies and allergies in general! Any dietary issues or specifics. If they are aggressive in any way, i.e., fear biting or food aggressive. Routines, if they have one. Favorite toys or games, like fetch. If they have been trained using certain commands or hand signals. And their energy level, for example German Shepards and Border Collies are working dogs and have a lot of energy they need to burn off. If they don't, they can become destructive. Whereas Basset Hounds, Bull Dogs, and Chow Chows are low energy breeds. And of course, anything you want to add! I especially love to hear about your pets' cute quirks and funny personalities! ?
A typical day
Your pets and I will have loads of fun! Depending on what they enjoy like playing fetch with your dog or stick string with your cat. I'll make sure they are stimulated and happy. Giving lots of love, cuddles, and attention. Long walks around the neighborhood or to the dog park if there is one close to the residence and it is approved by the owner.

Availability
I have a very flexible schedule, so I'll have plenty of time to play with, care for, and give lots of love to your babies! I am available for weekly or bi-weekly visits and overnights. I can also do multiple visits in a day if needed.
