Cassandra took good care of our dogs while we were away. She faithfully sent texts and pictures, keeping us updated on their time with her. The dogs were fed, and medicines were administered. She presents in a manner that all (owners & pets) felt comfortable with Cassandra’s presence. It is obvious that she is comfortable and loves being with animals. My one concern, and it may be with no reason other than my negligence in pre-departure overview of expectations for Cassandra: When we arrived home, we found the yard littered with dog feces. It had rained most of our time away, and the messes in the yard presented a bigger challenge to pick up/clean up. My question (to myself) was, did I fail to communicate the pet sitter’s responsibility for pickling up after the dogs? I know Cassandra is early in her career, and I don’t want this one negative comment to affect future bookings. When we need her services again, I will be clear in what our expectations are around the total care of our dogs.

Cassandra was amazing with our dog! He really loved her. She came on short notice and even went out of her way to meet with us. Cassandra sent pictures everyday, even though we did not ask for them! I was very pleased with our experience with Cassandra and can say she went above and beyond what we expected!
