At first, I was extremely impressed with the quick response I got. We set up cats for my two visits and then she suggested a meet and greet the day before my husband and I were leaving for a week long trip to Michigan. There was initially a mistake on the bill, but she quickly corrected it for me. The day of the meet and greet, she never showed up. I had things to do that day, but sat around waiting to see if she would come. I messaged her several times just to figure out what was going on, but never got a response. I ended up very stressed, as it was the night before our trip and we were leaving early the next day. I ended up having to contact customer support at Rover to get the visits formally canceled (even if she could have come, she didn't have our key) and to get our money back. We also had to scrape together a last minute person at my husband's work to do the visits. I ended up having to leave a key under my mat and an instruction sheet because we had to leave the next morning and didn't have time to meet up with someone to show them what to do - not optimal! I would have understood if she had an emergency / needed to reschedule / couldn't do the visits anymore, but to receive NO communication is simply unacceptable.
