Pet care experience
I spent the first 17 years of my life on a farm taking care of all sorts of animals - horses, goats, chickens and we always cats and dogs in the house. We also had smaller animals too- hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, fish. I was an only child so i really saw and treated these these animals like family. As an adult I've had guinea pigs and now live with my two kitties - Jade and Domingo.

Cass has been wonderful with checking-in on my cat when I’m away. Her photos and notes allow me to worry less. She is professional and dependable. Someone I would recommend to care for your animal.
Cass loves animals! She's had cats her whole life, ferrets, guinea pigs, dogs & a horse. She's a very responsible person in general so I assume this would carry over to a new petsitting gig. She's a very social & sensible person as well. Also good character traits for someone dealing with owners of precious pets.

For me taking care of a pet goes beyond doing the necessary things like feeding and keeping the water fresh and clean. I truly believe that care also includes affection, socialization, and play time. On top of that as a fur parent myself i recognize that separation anxiety is real for both pet and parent so if you let me take care of your pet i promise to send several pictures per visit along with a good summary of our time together to put your mind at easy while you're away from your favorite critter(s). I have experience caring for animals with special needs.

I would need to know how to make sure your pet is most comfortable - this includes how they interact and behave around other animals, children, and people. It's also important to know their level of training ,obedience , and any special needs they may have.
A typical day
Playing with pets is just as much fun for me as it is for the pet. I'd love to take your pet to the dog parks nearby - couch or Wallace and throw a ball around or play tug of war until they're ready for a nap. I'm also a big fan of games that keep your dogs brain active - like playing treat hide and go seek or learning new tricks.
