HUGE Fenced-in Yard!

Pet care experience

Welcome to Rock Hill Pet Care! Check out more photos on our Facebook page and our TikTok! Our place is the PERFECT fit for high energy, friendly dogs! We live on 2 acres with a large fenced in backyard and have several smaller sectioned-off areas for smaller dogs and/or pups who are not yet fixed and need to be kept separate. Many families have enjoyed using our place for daycare, last minute drop-ins, and overnight stays. We have a heated and cooled detached garage where pets rest and eat in their own kennel.

Left my cat Mars for the day and he seemed to enjoy it! They sent update pics throughout the day and they were very friendly and helpful!

Casey and Trent are great. My dog loves it at their place. They even took her swimming-life jacket and all. Highly recommend

Highly recommend! Big backyard for dogs to enjoy. Made my babies feel at home. They were exhausted when we got them back. The drop off/pick up blocks made it easy for us.

Safety, trust & environment

We are always packed to the gills during holidays! For these stays, dogs who are comfortable in kennels will have the best experience. During a meet and greet, we may "test" dogs in kennels to ensure they are comfortable in our space for a longer stay. For safety reasons, we do feedings, dog swapping, and sleep time in the kennels. Plus, some pups' anxiety can worsen with larger groups and we'd hate for your pup to be miserable while staying with us. ⚠️ We apologize, we are not able to take unspayed females over the age of 6 months at this time.

Information Casey & Trenton M. would like to know about your pet

**Q&A** Q: What age do you begin taking dogs? A: We begin taking dogs at 16 weeks as long as they are up to date on ALL rounds of their puppy vaccines. Q: What do I bring when I drop off my dog? A: We have kennels, so their food separated into ziplock bags with your pet's name (please use gallon-sized Ziploc bags or 8-10lb bags of dog food. Larger (30-40lb) bags and large containers cannot be kept on site due to limited space), medication in a weekly pill box with written instructions on amount/frequency, and a copy of recent vaccinations (a picture can also be text messaged in case printer access is difficult). Q: How will I know how my dog(s) is doing while I'm away? A: We love taking pictures of pups and will happily text you with updates! Q: My dog hasn't been able to socialize much. Is it safe to be around other dogs? A: For anxious dogs, we do require a meet and greet to assess whether our place is a good fit for your dog's needs. More often than not, we've been able to negotiate a safe and pleasant experience. Q: How many dogs will be with my dog? A: This number fluctuates! During holidays and busy seasons, we can host a maximum of 35 dogs, but on a normal day, we range from 15-20. One thing that sets us apart from other places is that we value personalized attention to dogs and strive to give dogs the type of love and care that we do for our own pups. Q: We're first timers and have a 4+ night stay coming up - how do we prepare? A: We LOVE our long term guests! If it is your first time staying with us for a 4+ night stay, we do require a daycare visit or an overnight PRIOR to the long-term booking. This is required for a few reasons - we first need to see if we're a good fit for your pup and his/her needs. Secondly, we've learned that dogs who are familiar with our home ahead of a longer stay tend to have reduced anxiety-related behaviors and enjoy a more comfortable stay. Lastly, it gives us a chance to learn more about your pup's needs and personality. Q: How do holidays work? A: During the months of July, November, and December, we do require bookings to be confirmed in the app in order to reserve a spot for these months. Clients get a full refund if they cancel by noon 3 days before the stay starts. After that, they get a 50% refund on the first 7 cancelled days and 100% refund on any days after that.
