Pet care experience
I've always loved dogs - like, read a full encyclopedia of dog breeds from cover to cover when I was in second grade. More recently, I lived in NYC where I was a dog walker, catsitter, and trainer of new dog walkers for a since-acquired app (Barkly). During the pandemic, I moved back to my home state of Nebraska where I became one of the most in-demand dogsitters in the Omaha and Lincoln areas! I've taken care of every kind of dog from rambunctious Australian Shepard puppies to a blind and deaf senior Chihuahua. Whether they need any medication, a specific temperament, or someone to just hang out with them - I'd love to take care of your pet!

Was reluctant to leave a review, because once everyone realizes how awesome Casey is, I'm afraid she'll be too booked to watch Maddie again! First time Rover user and my husband and I are retired and hardly ever travel so we were very nervous. I'll try and be brief because I could go on about how reliable Casey was. We did some pre-visits and she was always right on time, send two daily updates with photos, but said she would send more if we desired. Our flight was 4 hours delayed, and she stayed with Maddie until we got home around 1 AM. So if you're looking for peace of mind, look no further!!!!
Casey is the genuine article, animal lover and overall good human. Thank you again for making it possible for us to leave without worry!

I prefer to come to your pet so they're in their most comfortable environment while I take care of them. I love taking them on walks around the neighborhood, and if permitted, to their favorite dog park to play! I know how tough it can be to leave your pet at home, so I send pictures and updates at least once a day (really however many updates you would like, I'm willing to provide!).

This includes any training or rules you'd like me to uphold, any instructions for medicine administration, and food routines. Additionally, if your dog has any behavioral issues I should be aware of, feel free to share.
A typical day
I like to make sure your pet sticks to the routine you've set. I love going out for walks around the neighborhood or a nearby park, and I'm always down for a game of fetch. With your permission, we could make the day extra fun by going to a dog park! I'm happiest when I see a twinkle in a pet's eye, so I strive to make sure they're having fun.

I'm currently working part-time and remotely, so I have a lot of availability to travel and take care of your pet! As of now, I don't have any restrictions on days or times I'm available.
