I recently hired Casey to take care of my two cats while I was out of town, and I couldn't be happier with her service. She was incredibly attentive to my cats' needs and made sure they were well-fed, hydrated, and comfortable. She also kept me updated with regular communication, which gave me peace of mind knowing that my cats were in good hands. I highly recommend Casey to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.

I usually hire professional pet sitters. But this time I gave it a try to Rover and hired Casey for about three weeks for my two cats. My conclusion? I will go back to professional sitters. She threw all the feces bags and pads in the trash can in my apartment for the whole period (nearly three weeks). The 13-gallon trash can was nearly overflown when I came back home. It was also badly infested with countless small mosses, and it smelled really gross. The next day after my return, Casey visited me to hand over the keys. I told her the trash can was badly infested. At this point, I expected her to say "Oh I am sorry" or something along the line because I thought that she wouldn't throw feces bags into the trash can for three weeks in her own home. At least, I expected her to show some kind of empathy. (And I would've not left this negative review if she showed such a feeling.) But she said, "I'm sure it did" with no remarkable empathy or feeling sorry. To be fair, she did what I instructed well enough. But keeping feces bags in an in-door trash can for three weeks (and not showing any feeling of being sorry) is telling. While I know that not all part-timers are like her, I will hire professional sitters next time for peace of mind. At least, they don't keep feces bags in an in-door trash can for three weeks.
