Pet care experience
I've owned and have been around dogs my whole life. I was a primary owner for a rescued senior dog for a few years. I can administer medications, and fully understand the importance of attention, love, and exercise! Thankfully, I've had a 4-legged fur-baby while in Lexington, so I know all the great dog parks around, and would love to take your dog to the dog park (with your permission). My preferences are: Jackobson Dog park, Masterson Dog Park, and the Arboretum. if your dog has a preference just let me know! I would love to give your 4-legged fur-baby all the love and attention they need while you are away. I also will send selfies/snapchats/videos of your pup and all the fun we are having. :)

I think it is important to keep eyes on the furbabies while I am with them. We will play safely in fenced areas or be sure to run/walk on well lit roads.

I like to know what they’re typical schedule is, if there is one. Schedules are a great way to keep dogs cool calm and collected while you are away. It is also good to know their energy level and their desired walk path/toy. Their norms are great, so I can keep things as similar as possible.
A typical day
It depends what you ask for, but typically I will arrive and give them all the greetings and tell them it is great to see them. Then I will feed them and check their water. Then we play. I let them decide what the time looks like. Then before I leave I check their water again and let them know they’re a good pupper and that I’ll be back.
