I always had pets growing up, though I haven't owned one of my own since my dog passed two years ago. My roommate does have a cat, which stays at the apartment, but he is fixed and very easy going with other animals (we have dog sat here before with no issues). That said, I cannot have any animals here that will be aggressive towards him. I listed furniture as acceptable for a pet to be on, though of course if you don't want your pet to pick that up as a habit I can make sure they don't. The only reason I didn't list bed as acceptable is because I have a raised loft. I have a park (Saratoga) very close to my place which is great for a walk. As far as dog walking or in home service, I will do my best to be flexible and meet any needs or requests, and of course be reliable. I do love pets and look forwards to loving your's as if it were my own!
