I grew up in a household that had always had pets! My husband and I now have a 6months old lab/German Shepherd mix and two crazy cats (one of which I raised from a baby!!) A close family friend works for a rescue agency and I have volunteered at adoption events and participated in other things with that group since I was 12 years old. Because of that, I am familiar and comfortable with caring for anything from young puppies, aggressive dogs who just need a little extra attention, to older dogs who need some special care. My first job was at a Boarding Facility and before I moved out here in May, I was working at a Pet Hospital. I am comfortable with giving any meds required for your pets.
