Before sharing our last experience with Casey & Alicia we want to say we have used them in the past without such disappointment. While on our most recent seven day vacation we hired Casey & Alicia to stay in our home to spend time caring for our two dogs. Our home has cameras in the common areas so we checked in a few times while away. Our dogs where left 9 to 12 hours some days and this was not what was agreed. It was heart breaking and disturbing, specially having our female westie Coco dealing with kidney problems. Which Casey & Alicia knew and agreed the dogs would not be left for such long hours at a time. I did ask Casey when we returned home, what happened and why the dogs were left so long? His response was "Alicia stopped by in the middle of the day to let them out". My wife & I reviewed our DVR and text Casey saying we did not see afternoon visits, His text back was" I'm sorry I thought Alicia stopped in on Monday but she was there Tuesday afternoon for a drop in" . Again reviewing our tapes we seen no one caring for our two dogs all day. We know the dogs were neglected because the house was dirty and smelt like kennel and this took two days to get rid of. We choose Casey & Alicia thinking two people would be a team and better than one sitter but this was wrong. They also say they care for dogs i would have to question this, . . Scout & Coco were not themselves from this experience. We also feel lied to about the noon drop-ins and the amount of time spent caring for the dogs. Also Casey & Alicia would come in after being away all day open the back door and let the dogs out unsupervised . We do have a fenced in yard but we said they can get into mischief and need to be watched. Sorry to share such a poor review but this team of pet/house sitters know in their hearts they were to busy this week to sign up for this job. A star rating is required so we can only give one.

Casey was amazing! From introduction until the final drop in, he was very communicative and friendly. I also felt our dog was safe, being taken care of, and happy. Will definitely book again!!
