Spoiling at Casa De La Olson!
Pet care experience
Hello! I’m Casey! I am an animal advocate, lover, dog mom, and an aspiring canine business owner. I love having fur babies in my home and you can expect for me to treat them like my own. I had a mini springer for 17 years of my life so I’m very experienced in senior care, medication administration, incontinance and diaper-wearing. We have a golden retriever named Charlie who is my best pal and two kitties- Luci & Salem. Charlie likes to make friends, play in the water & run in the yard so if pup loves this, they’ll get along great. Your dog will be our baby while you’re away, will get lots of treats, can sleep in our bed or their bed, and they’ll be allowed on the furniture. Spoiling is the way we do things when we have guests! We have a huge bucket of toys for your babies to pick from while they’re here and a giant fenced in back yard. In my spare time, I volunteer with RAGOM- Retrieve a Golden of the Midwest and take part in various fundraising events. To ensure safety for our 4-legged guests and for each pup to have their space, I prefer to keep one pooch at a time in my home.
Reviews
Casey was absolutely wonderful! Right before his stay our dog had to start taking a medication for the next 30 days and she was very willing to help even though he didn’t love taking his pills! She sent several pictures of Duck having an awesome time while we were gone which we greatly appreciated. She was also very considerate and flexible with us on drop off and pick up times since we had a huge event that weekend and were coming from out of town. My husband and I highly recommend Casey!
Casey is the best! I was pretty nervous about leaving my dog Dash with a stranger. Casey had us come for a meet and greet at her house. By the time we left, I was totally at ease. Dash played with Casey's dog and was able to run and jump and play without a leash in her enclosed backyard. Did my heart good for him to be able to run freely like that. During dash's boarding, Casey regularly sent updates and pictures. He was having tons of fun, and looked content and happy. In one picture, dash was on her lap and asleep in another. She was definitely Dash's substitute family in my absence. I don't even think my little fur baby missed me until he saw me up on my return! I would highly recommend Casey and plan to have her watch my boy again! Thank you so much Casey for treating dash just like he was a member of your family
Casey was excellent with our dog and gave great updates.
Casey took amazing care of our Golden Retriever, Honey, for a week when we were on vacation. She kept in constant communication the whole time, provided a ton of great pics and we could tell Honey was having a great time. She was flexible with pick up /drop offs as our flights were changing. Definitely will be back to Casey and Charlie.

We have a huge fenced yard and they are supervised when outside. We can kennel at bedtime if this is apart of your usual routine. I do keep collars off while in the home just to ensure max safety and they don’t get snagged. When outside, collars go back on.
