Pet care experience
I have extensive personal and professional history with dogs. Born and raised with all different types of rescues my whole life I also managed three successful doggy day care locations while living in NYC and during my time at my biggest location oversaw the care of over 200 dogs on a daily basis. Being as animals are my passion, taking care of and looking out for them is the last thing I would call a hassle or a chore. It's what truly makes me happy. My integrity, dependability and moral character has been formed around dogs and animals of all types, and is a direct result of my enlisting to serve in the United States Air Force to become a K9 Trainer and use my GI Bill to get my Veterinarians License. To say I prefer dogs > people would be an understatement!
About Casey A.
Skills
Information Casey A. would like to know about your pet
As I plan on being out with your pup(s) quite a bit, any behavior that would put either themselves or another dog (or person) at risk. 1. Fears 2. Triggers 3. Aggression 4. Allergies 5. Medications
A typical day
As I am joining the Air Force and have the physical demands of Basic Training to look forward to, I have started preparing myself by going out on long walks and runs almost every single day. Is your pup an endless amount of energy? Bring it on! Nothing motivates me more to get up and out there than the excitement of a dog realizing we are going on an adventure together. Having managed a doggy day care company who also specialized in training classes I also have professional experience training dogs in all aspects such as new tricks and proper leash walking manners (Owning two huge dogs in Manhattan helped, you become an expert pretty quickly!)
