Tell me what makes your pooch unique! Are they aloof or do they like to cuddle? Do they have a favorite treat or activity, dislikes or fears? Does your dog wear a thundershirt during storms or take any special medications? It's also helpful to know if they have any habits like barking or poop eating. I require all dogs to be crate trained and to come with a crate they are comfortable in. Guests are crated any time I have an appointment (be it a drop off/pick up, or a meet and greet) as a safety measure, as well as for meal times. Crating at night or while I'm out of the house is dependant on the dog/situation, but it does need to be a safe backup option should they become destructive or have accidents when unsupervised.

I strive to give every guest a special experience, and each stay will be customized for their individual needs. We can cuddle on the couch, throw a ball in the yard, play hide n seek, or go for a walk along the Greenway. We also have plenty of enrichment opportunities to keep their minds busy - puzzle toys, snuffle mats, kongs, bubbles, and trick training for example! I want the dogs in my home to feel relaxed, and I find that all of the things listed, in addition to a stable routine, calming music, and one on one time really makes a difference!
