Pet care experience
I'm not your typical pet lover whose only qualification is that they love pets. I bring a lifetime of pet ownership and training experience in obedience, agility, nosework, tricks and reactive behavior. I understand, live and breathe dogs. While I am not a professional dog trainer, I have successfully trained many of my own dogs as top competitors. Now we enjoy, just for fun, agility, hiking and some fun tricks. I can provide the real life experience and knowledge we all want when searching for someone to care for our beloved pets. I owned a successful grooming salon (although I no longer groom), bred and raised a couple litters, rescued several dogs, two that I currently own. I’m very savvy with health issues, having done extensive research into holistic health care.

Caryn is the best person you could ever hire to care for your pets. She is intelligent, kind, and compassionate with all animals. I have never seen her say a harsh word even to her own animals and they are so well trained, healthy, and happy. She is very energetic if you want your pet to get exercise. She can give you great advice with training. She is respectful, trustworthy, and honest. It is quite possible you will find your pets better than when you left them!

Are there any physical handicaps I need to work with, within the capacity of the service? Is your dog prone to eating things they shouldn’t? Food, people, dog aggression or reactivity? I don’t have breed preferences, but I do not provide services for pit bulls or pit bull mixes.
A typical day
What activities does your dog like? Activities are really dog dependent. Not all dogs like the same activities. Some are players and some are watchers. Some like to play ball or frisbee, while others just enjoy the companionship of a calm walk. I like to do activities that suit the dog's needs and abilities. I hike with my own dogs at Brandywine Creek State Park and Woodlawn Trustee Estates areas, in Delaware.
