She demonstrated to be very irresponsible. She did not compile with the agreement we had agreed on, she never took the dogs for a walk, she said that's he would work from home and be with the dogs during the day and she did not do that leaving them for extended amounts of time alone making them half to pee inside the house. She left the dirty dishes in the sink and the worst of all she left the house keys that I had trusted her with thrown in the front door, not even hidden from plain site. She quit halfway into the service forcing me to purchase a one-way ticket back from our trip encountering with an extra expense. Would not recommend, not very stable.

I'm confused by the other reviews I see and the behavior we experienced personally. Response times prior to our booked stay were very slow. Because this was a stay during Christmas, we opted to go ahead and book with Cary after she came for a meet-and-greet. During that visit, we discussed all aspects of her stay and she assured me that she "works from home and will be snuggled on the couch with them". To make the very drawn-out story short, she was caught in a lie about when she showed up and how long she stayed (Ring doorbells don't lie) and she abandoned our dogs while we were 12 hours away and did not complete the assignment as agreeed. We were forced to spend the next 8 hours working with Rover trying to find someone else to come stay with our dogs. One star is too many. This was a horrible experience and I would recommend getting every detail of any stay you book with Cary in-writing before the stay.
