Pet care experience
I grew up with two poodles & cats and have always had a love of animals. In college I dog sat & home sat. I own a dog name is Ziggy, he is a 3 year old boxer. We are very active and I handle large breeds very well. I have helped train puppies as young as 8 weeks old. I have experience with massaging older dogs with arthritis and giving various animals medication. I am open to caring for your baby the way you think is best and I am not afraid to do a little research if we come across something we both aren't sure how to handle! My hours are open and flexible , as well as my rates. Thank you !

Smooth stay!
Sasha generally doesn't like new people but she loved Carrissa. Carrissa came over every day at the agreed upon times and even mase extra visits when she was in the area. She kept us up to date on Sasha's behavior and even made some suggestions on how to help improve her coat. We couldn't be happier with Carrissa.
Carrissa is AMAZING! We needed a last minute sitter for 14 days while we travelled internationally. My husband and I were freaked out as we've never left our 3 children with anyone other than my in-laws. Carrissa was sympathetic to my long, long list of requirements/requests and did a phenomenal job with them. Two of our 3 dogs are Bulldogs and require a lot of extra maintenance which Carrissa handled very well. We will absolutely 100% request Carrissa again.
Carrissa was a very conscientious dog and house sitter. She kept us updated on our Billie's condition all throughout the stay. She sent pictures and some videos of his walks with her. It was a long time to be separated from our pet and she made it so much easier on us to know that he was being well cared for.

I would need to know the temperament and breed. I am okay with all breeds. I would need to know your routine thus far. Do you cage train or let free? Did you put it through obedience school? Has your baby been in social situations? .. Questions just so I know how to edit our time together . For example, if it's nto a very social dog, I will have more one on one play time instead of a crowded area.
A typical day
I am very active myself and I absolutely love being outside on sunny days. If you have a park nearby or hike trail, I will gladly take your baby there. If you aren't sure where I could take the dog, then I am perfectly fine with researching areas to go and will of course let you know the location of parks I find!
