Pet care experience
We are a family of animal lovers! I've always taken care of animals my whole life. We have goats, mini pigs, and a cat. They provide great entertainment for your dog. :) Your doggies day would consist of playing in a completely fenced yard with me and my son. Plenty of sticks and balls to play with! We have 13 acres with open fields and trails by the creek on the property. I walk/run everyday. 6 mile loop in wine country. We are a very animal friendly type of house. A leather sectional couch for their use. They can sleep here if they like. Or where ever they like. ;) Nice big window with sun exposure all day and nice view of the farm outside. Doggies will be on leash outside unless in a fenced area...then they can run free! We rotate our farm animals to keep them separated from the dogs. Many different fenced area's they can explore. Our Kona, a 9 year old chocolate lab, had a fine time with Carrie and came home after her 10 day stay ready for a good rest. She loves life on a farm and Carrie is a very caring hostess. We look forward to staying there again.
Carrie is absolutely wonderful! She sent us little updates and pictures of our girl having fun every day, which was so reassuring! She always responded promptly and professionally via text. Mollie came home happy and healthy! We highly recommend Carrie, and will definitely have Mollie stay with her again. Great experience!
Carrie is a reliable, warm, genuine caretaker. She took excellent care of our dog, Louie, over Christmas. I felt like I had peace of mind leaving my dog with her after meeting her for a week. I am so glad we found her! Her property is a dog's HEAVEN. 100% worth the few extra miles to get there. Carrie was responsive and easy to coordinate with. Our dog ended up getting prescribed some eye medication the day before he was to board with Carrie, and Carrie was willing to give him the medication. I didn't like adding that on to the list of things to do, but she was completely unfazed by the additional favor and thought it wasn't a big deal (which I really appreciated). Louie was refreshed, happy, and his eyes were so much better when I picked him up. I would recommend Carrie to anyone looking for a responsible and kind caretaker, and a perfect property for dogs to roam and play freely on.
Most excellent care. I knew my dog was loved. Carrie sent many photos. Highly recommend!
