Pet care experience
I grew up on a farm and have had a pet since I was born. Life without a dog would be incomplete. I have a calm demeanor, which allows dogs to feel at ease and gain trust in me. I have experience in private dog walking, group walks, of leash walks and training, in home pet visits, pet sitting, nail care, and general care and love for animals. I am available for walks (on or off leash), and in home pet visits Monday - Thursday 3pm -9pm, Fridays, Saturdays & Sunday I am available for walks, in home pet visits and pet sitting from 7:30 am daily - 9 pm. Ask me I am sure we can arrange something that works for your dog/s and for you.

Before walking, pet visits, or pet sitting, I like to know the breed of dog, it's temperament with strangers, children, other dogs, other animals. I also like to know if there are any medical problems or dietary restrictions. I will also need to know the age of the dog and whether it has been spayed or neutered. I enjoy meeting each dog before taking them out for the first time or before I enter your home for a pet visit, or to pet sit. I have a great deal of experience with Dachshunds and their special personalities.
A typical day
There are many activities your dog/s and I will enjoy. We can suit the activities to the needs of your dog/s. We can do simple walks around your neighbourhood, walks in the dog park, off leash dog park walks, play time with balls, toys, swimming in the summer. Your dog will love to learn new things and if permitted will learn to socialize with other dogs. Not to mention lots of pets and positive affirmations.
