I’m an attentive pet sitter who will take wonderful care of your pet while you are away. I’m happy to walk a dog or provide cat sitting. I am a life long pet owner. I grew up with dogs and I get my dog fix when I visit family. I live with my 20 year old cat, and do everything to keep her comfortable and happy. I’ve pet sat for friends’ pets over the years. The majority of my pet sitting experience has been with cats but I am always excited to spend time with dogs. I have also pet sat for turtles, fish, and snakes.

Carrie has 2 cats that are very well taken care of . Carrie is my daughter and she was raised with labs, and she was active in caring for them. I have also raised three puppies for Leader Dogs and she got to be a part of that. She also dog and cat sits for people in Minneapolis that she knows. She just has a way with dogs, they just take to her. Carrie is also a faithful and dedicated worker, she has been in her current job for at least 19 years.

For dog sitting or dog walking I can take your dog on as short or long a walk as they want. For cat sitting drop in visits I can usually stay up to an hour a visit to ensure that your cat has been fed, watered, litter had been changed and that the cat has gotten some play and pets.

A typical day
For dog sitting, I am happy to take your dog on a walk or play fetch or their favorite game. When I pet sit for cats I will ensure that their food bowl is full, water is full, and litter is cleaned, then I enjoy playing with whatever toys your cat is into. My favorites are the CatDancer toy and the fishing pole with a feather on it.

I work a day job during the week. On weekdays I am available in the evening after work. I am typically more available on the weekends for pet sitting including drop in visits, dog walking, or house sitting.
