A Pawsitively Reliable Dog Sitter
Pet care experience
My name is Carrie & I have been watching the dogs and cats of family friends since i was about 15. I would stay over at their house for a week at a time several times throughout the year. That being said, I am very comfortable in other environments, but also willing to house dogs in my home. I am currently living in Milwaukee at the most dog friendly complex you could imagine. There is a fenced-in dog park right outside my unit for all the off-leash play time & multiple dog baths offered by the building, if needed. I love dogs & always have. I grew up with 2 labs & a bichon shih tzu mix. Given that I don’t currently have a dog & wish I did, I thought this would be the perfect alternative. I am trustworthy & dog-loving & would be more than happy to take care of your pet!

Carrie did an incredible job caring for my dog Ace. They had a great area outdoors with woods and grassy prairies for him to run around and exercise, and Carrie took him for many walks during the weekend stay. It really felt like she was treating Ace like he was part of their family. She was also kind enough to send many pictures updating me on what they were doing each day. Highly recommended Carrie! She was great with our dog. Our activity dog got lots of walks and play time. We received lots of pictures and videos of her. For sure going to use her again.
The best sitter. My dog LOVES Carrie. Sometimes I feel like when I pick her up she is mad at me that I am taking her home. She has such an amazing time with Carrie. I would recommend Carrie for everything!
Carrie was incredibly professional when looking after our large dog Nutmeg for over a week. She was excellent at communicating, and we always felt secure with Carrie addressing any issues which came up, and seeing that our pet was well cared for during his stay.

Dogs are welcome in our home, on our comfy couch and even the King bed. I do like to have the option to crate the dog, if necessary, only due to one previous incident but otherwise dogs are welcome to take advantage of our cozy crib as much as they'd like!

A typical day
I always go on walks in the morning around my neighborhood so it would be nice to do it with some company. There is also a bigger dog park in Bay View that is an option for some more “off the leash” time.
